Registration for the Bayer occupational health and safety survey

Please register with a username of your choice (at least six characters; no special characters) and a password of at least eight characters (please avoid space characters and umlauts). These details are needed exclusively so that you can continue the survey at a later stage with the same ID if you do not complete it first time. Data is always processed and evaluated in collated form (at least ten people) and in compliance with applicable data protection regulations. It is not possible to trace it back to individuals.

Important information on data privacy

Therefore, please also note your username and password on a piece of paper. It is not possible to provide the password to you if it is lost.
